NEXT MEETING

The next regular meeting will be held at the Half-Shire Historical Society Bldg. (the old school) in Richland, NY on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 11 AM.

PRESIDENT’S NOTE

Correction: My mistake, there was a word missing in the following note and has been corrected. All members of this club should stop to see what it costs to operate this club. So if you don’t think you need to attend fundraisers such as rodeo’s, car parking, etc., you shouldn’t think about riding the trails. Steve
The 225 Ticket Raffle money is to raise money to help pay for insurance. We need over $6000., so please buy a ticket and join us in the August 23rd Poker Run. Thank you.
Steve

POKER RUN PLANS

August 23rd has been chosen as the date for a Club Poker Run. Registration will be held 9-11 AM at the Altmar Hotel, Mill Street in Altmar, NY. Stops will be made using the provided map and returning to the Altmar Hotel by 5 PM. Food, beverages and prizes will be provided. This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Dave Leone is the chairman of this event and can be reached at 668-9831. Volunteers are needed to work this event. Call Dave to add your name.

NYS RIDING RESTRICTIONS

In addition to obeying the ATV laws and rules, it is wise to ride your ATV with common sense and courtesy. Having fun on an ATV does not include annoying others or taking foolish risks. ATV riders who ignore the rules and the rights of others may cause ATV operation to be restricted or prohibited on private and public lands.
